What files do you accept for custom printing?

We accept the following file formats:

• Vector: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG — best for logos and sharp graphics
• Raster: PNG, JPG, PSD, TIFF — minimum 300 DPI for print quality
• Archives: ZIP — for multiple files at once

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes! We always send a digital proof for your approval before production starts. No order goes to print without your sign-off. This ensures you get exactly what you envisioned.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We work with all order sizes — from single items to large bulk orders for businesses, schools, and events. Contact us and we'll find the best option that fits your budget and needs.

Turnaround & Shipping

How fast is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders are available — contact us for pricing and availability.

Do you ship or is it local pickup only?

We offer both options:

• Local pickup — available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
• Shipping — we ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS

Do you work with businesses outside of your area?

Absolutely! We ship nationwide. The entire process can be done online — upload your files through our contact form, approve your digital proof by email, and we ship directly to your door anywhere in the US.

Design & Quality

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes! If you don't have a print-ready file we can design it for you. Whether you need a logo, business card layout, banner design, or complete brand identity — we handle it all. Contact us for a design quote.

What if I am not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a production error on our part we will reprint or refund the affected items at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order along with photos of the issue.

Note: reprints are not issued for artwork errors submitted by the customer, which is why we always send a proof first.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Zelle
• PayPal
• Bank transfer / ACH

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.

Do you require a deposit?

For new clients we require 100% payment upfront. Returning clients may qualify for a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping. Contact us to discuss payment options for large orders.
